PRICING: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call C2Motorsports for current prices and availability of products. We reserve the right to discontinue products as necessary because of quality, availability, price or other reasons.

RETURNS: All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling C2Motorsports Inc. 502-895-3660 or email: returns@c2motorsports.net. A 50% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned unless you have made other arrangements with C2Motorsports Inc. All return shipments must be prepaid. There are no refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in as-new, re-sellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Please note that certain items such as EPROMs, turbo kits, wheels, exhausts, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable. Software may be exchanged for the same or like version. There are NO REFUNDS on software.

CLAIMS: All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. If a part is lost (box broken open) or damage via transit, you should immediately notify C2Motorsports and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc...). ALL merchandise is shipped and insured for full value and the responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. DO NOT return the damage part(s) to C2Motorsports without prior notification.

LEGALITY: We make no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Some items listed in the online catalog are intended for off road use only. C2Motorsports does not make any claims of street legal use of these products that are not intended for use on public roads. We are not affiliated with Volkswagen Audi Group or any of their subsidiaries. All original artwork is sole property of C2Motorsports’ webmaster. We are not responsible for errors on our website. Unauthorized duplication, transmission electronic or otherwise is strictly prohibited. C2Motorsports does not encourage street racing and/or illegal racing on public roads

WARRANTY: All items on this site (www.c2motorsports.net) are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts or parts purchased other than from C2Motorsports Inc. Please call for specific warranty information on each product. Each manufacturer may supply different timeframes for their products.

BACKORDER: We try to keep backorder to minimum. If there is going to be an unreasonable delay, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date. Some items may be dropped shipped from the manufacture.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal. We also accept payment methods by Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order in US dollars only. For Cashiers Check or Money Order, please contact C2Motorsports in order to receive an exact payment amount for parts and shipping. Pre-payment will include charge for parts and freight. Domestic and International wire transfers are also accepted. Please contact C2Motorsports for wire transfer procedures.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION: UPS policy states that all packages require a signature in order for the package to be released. It is up to your individual UPS driver’s discretion if he feels comfortable leaving the package. All shipments with a value over $1000/U.S. require a signature. Some shipments are drop shipped and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. All orders except will be sent via UPS ground service (domestic), unless otherwise specified. All orders shipped to P.O., APO or FPO boxes will be done so with the purchaser’s acceptance that they DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE. Orders are normally processed the within three business days on receipt of order. After carrier attempts to deliver the merchandise three times, the order will be returned to C2Motorsports and will only be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. All merchandise will be shipped FOB origin Louisville, KY USA unless drop shipped.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: C2Motorsports does not sell, rent, trade, or loan our customer's names, VIN number, email address or any type of personal information we collect. You may receive information from us, detailing new products, tracking numbers for shipping, or new features on our websites.
